Installing car stereo need advice?
Im looking to install a new car stereo thats 5″ Screen LCD CAR STEREO DVD CD TV BLUETOOTH IPOD USB SD. Do i need to have a professional install it? Or is it easy enough to read the owners manual and do it myself though i dont have any electic or auto knowledge.
Its fairly easy.. Owners manual probably won’t do much. You could just look it up. First off you need a dash kit and most likely a wire harness. The dash kit fills any empty space that is left over from where the stock radio was. Now most cars require you to take off a piece of your dashboard to get to the stock radio. Then remove your stock radio (how ever it says to do so) and then look in the installation book for your after market radio. Then you should be just about done. I know those aren’t really good directions but it should get you on the right track.
